devlising.com has, in my opinion, the best listing of resources that a web developer could need. Ajax, asp, php, inspiration, editors, flash, javascript, traffic utilities and other categories. Almost all of the tools that I regularly use are listed and quite a few more that I will spend time exploring their capabilites.
Highly recommended.
